Brightline Dental was founded in 2009 with a straightforward belief: every person deserves dental care that respects their time, their comfort, and their budget. Fifteen years later, we're still living that belief — one appointment at a time.
From One Chair to a Full-Service Clinic
Dr. Sarah Chen opened the original Brightline location on Granville Street with two operatories and a three-person team. The clinic quickly developed a reputation for gentle, thorough care and earned its first "Best Dentist in Vancouver" recognition from Vancouver Magazine in 2012.
Today, Brightline operates six fully equipped operatories, a dedicated orthodontics suite, an in-house dental lab, and a team of 14 dental professionals. We've served over 500 families in the Greater Vancouver area, and we're proud that more than 60% of our new patients come from referrals — the highest compliment any clinic can receive.
In 2022, we became one of the first clinics in British Columbia to achieve carbon-neutral certification, reflecting our commitment to both our patients and the planet.

Dr. Sarah Chen, DDS
Lead Dentist & Clinic Director
Dr. Chen founded Brightline Dental in 2009 with a single mission: to make exceptional dental care accessible and anxiety-free. With over 15 years of hands-on experience, she specialises in cosmetic dentistry and complete smile transformations. Patients describe her approach as "the dentist who actually listens."

Dr. Marcus Webb, BDS, MSc
Orthodontic Specialist
Dr. Webb joined Brightline in 2014 after completing his specialist training in orthodontics. He has treated over 1,200 patients with braces and Invisalign, and is known for his meticulous attention to detail and ability to achieve complex tooth movements with exceptional precision.
